We want you to be happy with your purchase, and if for any reason you feel what you have isn't right we will work with you to make it what you are desiring to the best of our ability. These are the basics on our return and exchange policy (the full policy can be read at checkout):
Please notify us via our contact us page if you plan to return product. We need to provide you with a return number before you send it to us so it doesn't get lost in our systems. You will also need to describe any damage to the product so that we can provide you with a prepaid shipping envelope if it is our responsibility to have product fixed or replaced.
Items that are defective, damaged or misshipped will be corrected at our cost. We will provide a return shipping label and replace the product for you.
Items that you would like to return in the same condition you recieved them can be exchanged for credit toward a new item. You will be responsible for the shipping costs of exchanging an item for personal preference.
We do not provide cash refunds.
